The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options each day. The location of this place was perfect, just a short distance from the Old market, and in a quiet area which made for a peaceful stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the in-room safe for added convenience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor swimming pool, which was impeccably clean and a great place to relax and cool off.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, location, and the excellent amenities make it a top choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

When we first arrived at the airport, the hotel manager welcomed us with complementary cold water and drove us to the hotel free of charge (one way ride to/from airport was included in our room price). When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed again with cold soft drinks and cold towels. The staff was very kind and asked us if we wanted to arrange an itinerary for our stay. Their prices were very low when compared to booking through the internet for a car or a tuk tuk driver for the entire day. The hotel had a great pool, fitness center, the wi- fi signal was strong even on the 2nd floor and moreover it offered 2 computers in the business center on which guests could print for free. Breakfast was more than enough to start the day and the staff was kind enough to pack it up for us as we wanted to catch the sunrise in 2 days.
Room views were not that great and although we booked a room with a balcony we were a bit surprised to see that the balconies are separated from the rooms and you have to exit the room in order to reach the balcony. However this was not a problem for us, as we did not came to Cambodia to stay in the room and watch tv :-)

Nice and clean and friendly people (almost everyone)
We enjoyed swimming every day but this only till one day a group of Chinese people came to stay at the hotel too. They started spitting in the water and after that, we never wanted to go in the pool again. Please put up a sign> ' don't spit' - or at least throw those who do it out as it was horrifying and makes you sick! Especially when there are some children too.

The hotel offered a nice and tidy room with a large comfortable bed and a fridge with complimentary water bottles. the staff was very friendly and attentive, bringing us whatever we needed by the fantastic pool. the location was ideal, as it was close to the main attractions of the city.
The breakfast buffet was not very western-oriented, and the coffee was bad. the hotel was located on a busy street, making it difficult to reach town and markets by foot, which made us feel kind of uneasy.

Even though we booked the triple room, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a four person room at no extra charge. There was a very convenient free transport from the airport that was easy to arrange with the hotel, all that was needed to be produced was the flight details. The transport enabled us to avoid all the hassle of wondering whether we would be overcharged by the tuktuks as tourists and also it was big enough for the luggage. Hotel staff were conversant in english and was always there to attend to our every need. Room services was regular and towels, clean water, teabags as well as shower foam were replenished daily. Basically all the amenities were present and refilled. Their welcoming package of a scarf and a drink though simple, was really pleasant. A free fish massage was also provided. All these tiny touches brought this hotel far above any others in its class in terms of comfort and value.
It is not directly at Siem Reap City, but don't let this fact get you down, the savings on the room rates easily cover the tuktuk rides that allow you to see more then just the Siem Reap City. Just be sure to always bargain the Tuktuk rides to 2 usd for the entire ride or below instead of the usual 1 usd per pax. It is very easy and possible for them to accept that price. Television was a bit wonky and switched off by itself occasionally but its really a minor annoyance. If you spend that much time watching the television, you probably chose a wrong place for holidaying anyway.

Its a very nice hotel to stay, not so far from the city and Angkor Wat. The staffs are so friendly, always smile n very kind too. Even this is the first time we book this hotel but the way they threat us like their own family, make us so happy. The room is very nice n comfortable, so many tv channels. The hotel location is perfect, for the muslim travelers, there is the halal restaurant just nearby the hotel (walking distance). Everything about this hotel is so perfect and suit for our budget. We highly recommend this hotel and hope that we can come again.

We stayed at a hotel located in an alley next to a market, outside of Pub Street. It was a quiet and peaceful location, away from the crowds. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom amenities. the staff provided excellent service, always attentive and friendly. the breakfast buffet had a good variety that pleased us. the rooftop pool and bar allowed us to unwind after a tiring day of touring around the city.
The hotel isn't easily accessible by public transportation which was a bit of hassle when we needed to go to the center of the city frequently.

we think the standard and friendliness of the staff were outstanding of this hotel and we would recommend it to anybody who would want to stay here.
The gymnasium could be a little larger and could do with dumbells.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and always willing to help me with anything I needed during my stay. I especially loved the excellent breakfast buffet with endless options that varied slightly day to day. The clean rooms and beautiful hotel decor made my stay here even more special. Plus, the location is close to everything, including the Old Market, great restaurants, and local transportation.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Creepy restaurant manager. Tuk-tuk needed to get to old market and other tourist areas of Siem Reap.
